Documented asset movement meeting MOD and Central Government security tiers.
Protecting patient confidentiality during the disposal of medical IT and workstations.
Secure WEEE disposal for schools and universities, with paperwork suitable for environmental and sustainability reporting.

Every collection is logged from booking to final receipt. You receive a Waste Transfer Note once duty of care transfers from your organisation to TFix.

Asset quantities are verified on site and documented at handover to establish an unbroken chain of custody.
Assets are transported in licensed, GPS-tracked vehicles with monitored routes and controlled handling throughout transit.
Assets are formally received at our secure South London facility. Upon scanning and logging, we issue the final Waste Transfer Note (WTN), legally transferring the duty of care from your organisation to TFix.

Licensed and traceable collections to suit local, standard, and bulk requirements
Prices exclude VAT. All prices are quoted per load — each load may include as much equipment as fits in the vehicle, provided the total weight does not exceed 1 tonne. Collections outside a 6-mile radius will be charged at £1 per additional mile.

Not for consumer clear-outs
This collection model is built for organisational estates, compliance records, and site access control rather than household waste removal.
Collection is not the same as processing strategy
If you need help choosing destruction, recovery, or legal classification after collection, pair this page with WEEE Recycling or Data Destruction.
Best when chain-of-custody matters
This service is strongest where handover evidence, route control, and documentation quality are more important than a generic skip-and-dispose workflow.
