Fulfilment is the storage, picking, packing, and tracked outbound dispatch of electronics and IT. TFix provides serial-level inventory control, pick-pack accuracy, and operational visibility so outbound orders go out right, on time, and auditable.

You can raise fulfilment requests directly in our portal. Just select the item and enter recipient details or shipping instructions.
Yes. You’ll see real-time tracking numbers once your order is dispatched, along with the carrier and shipping status.
Yes. Each order request supports custom notes — use them to specify packaging, labelling, or handling preferences.
Simple pay-as-you-go model — inbound, storage, picking, and shipping charged separately
Prices exclude VAT. Inbound processing charged per pallet, with minimum delivery fee applied. Storage billed monthly per cubic foot (rounded up), minimum £25/month. Picking & packing charged per item; shipping fees billed separately at carrier rates.

Standards we work to
We can supply our registrations, insurance certificates, and sample destruction outputs as part of your supplier due diligence.
Not for regulated waste and disposal projects
If your project is IT disposal, collection, or destruction-led, use Secure WEEE Collection or Certified Data Destruction.
Not ideal for very low-volume ad hoc dispatch
If dispatch volume is occasional and minimal, direct carrier booking may be simpler than a managed fulfilment workflow.
