If your clients ever ask "what do we do with old IT kit?", you can now answer that question and access partner referral fees on completed work. No selling, no paperwork — just a verified introduction.

If your clients own enterprise IT equipment, they will eventually need to dispose of it compliantly. That's where TFix comes in — and where you earn.
You manage the fleet. We handle end-of-life disposal, data destruction, and WEEE compliance when hardware is retired.
You sell the new kit. We take care of the old. Close more deals by offering a complete refresh-to-disposal solution.
Every office move generates surplus IT. Refer your clients to us and we'll handle it compliantly — adding value to your project.
Help clients achieve measurable ESG outcomes. Our certified WEEE recycling and school donation programme creates real, reportable impact.
Also welcome: independent originators and consultants anywhere in the world. You don't need a UK presence — the opportunities you refer simply need to be UK-based.
No complex contracts, no training required. You make the introduction — we do all the work.
Fill in the short application form below. We'll confirm your partnership within one business day and send you a simple one-page brief to share with your team.
When a client needs IT disposal, WEEE collection, or data destruction, register the lead first — email an anonymised description to [email protected] and we'll confirm it's clear to proceed. Then CC us on the intro or share our contact details. That's it.
Once the job is completed and the client's invoice is paid, we pay the agreed partner fee within 30 days. No chasing, no admin — we track it for you.
Pick the model that fits your business. You can switch at any time.
Ideal For:
Any business or independent referrer who wants a simple, hassle-free cash return for every introduction.
Ideal For:
Businesses who want to grow their own client base while adding a compliance service to their offering.
| Job type | Indicative job value | Your partner fee |
|---|---|---|
| Small van collection (up to 1,000 kg) | from £250 | £50 |
| Large van collection (up to 1,000 kg) | from £350 | £75 |
| Office clearance / hardware refresh | £500–£2,000 | £100–£300 |
| Data-centre decommissioning | £2,000+ | £250–£1,000+ (agreed upfront) |
All figures are indicative and confirmed in writing at onboarding. The fee is capped as a share of the invoiced job value, paid only after the client's invoice is settled, and never applies to a client who was already an active TFix customer or in an open deal when you registered the lead. When you refer a client to TFix, you're putting your reputation behind a fully licensed, insured, GDPR-compliant partner. We operate under Environment Agency authority and carry comprehensive liability insurance.

Email [email protected] when you have a lead, then CC us on the introduction. We log every referral against your contact and send a monthly summary showing status and any payments due.
No minimum at all. One referral a year is perfectly fine. The programme is designed to be low-effort — refer when it's relevant to your client, not to a quota.
Within 30 days of payment being received for the referred job. We'll notify you when the job closes and again when your payment is processed.
Yes. Under the Reciprocal model, white-labelling is available — your brand on our service. This works particularly well for MSPs who want a seamless end-of-life offering without operating their own ITAD facility. Contact us to discuss.
Any of our core services qualify: IT decommissioning, secure WEEE collection, certified data destruction, asset recovery, WEEE recycling, fulfilment, returns & RMA management, and our Connected Classrooms donation programme.
For cash referral partnerships, we use a simple one-page agreement covering fee amounts and payment terms. For reciprocal agreements, a mutual NDA and referral letter is standard. No lengthy contracts.
Yes. Any business or independent consultant, anywhere in the world, can refer qualifying UK opportunities. You don't need a UK presence to earn referral fees.
No. A warm introduction — where you connect us directly with a client — and an independently identified opportunity both qualify, as long as there is a genuine need and a named decision-maker we can verify.
Register the lead first with an anonymised description — sector, rough size, location, and type of event. We timestamp it, check it against our records, and reply within one business day whether it's clear to proceed. First introducer wins. If the company is already an active TFix client or in an open deal, no fee applies — and we'll tell you before you reveal the name. Introductions stay valid for 12 months.
We handle UK opportunities only. There's no minimum job size — the fee simply scales with the job — and no minimum referral volume. Consumer repairs are excluded; qualifying work is B2B IT decommissioning, data destruction, and WEEE collection.
Takes two minutes. We'll be in touch within one business day to confirm your partnership and send your welcome pack.
All eight core services qualify for referral fees.
