CIRCULAR ECONOMY PARTNERS

Partners Who Keep
IT Circular

We don't work alone. TFix partners with charities, repair groups, refurbished-tech businesses, logistics carriers and borough councils that put retired IT back to work — and we hand each one the certified wiping, repair and compliance behind the outcome.

WHO WE PARTNER WITH

Five Channels, One Goal

Every partnership fits a distinct part of the circular economy — and leaves no room to compete.

Charity & Community

Donated business IT gets a second life in schools and communities — fully wiped and certified first.

Community Repair

Right-to-repair groups and fixers keep devices alive longer — we back the movement with parts and know-how.

Refurbished Retail

Reuse-grade devices reach local people at accessible prices through trusted storefronts.

Logistics

Tracked, signed-for collections and returns via national carrier partners — custody documented door to door.

Public Sector

Live council and waste-authority reuse contracts — collecting, wiping and redistributing public-sector IT back into communities.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

A Selective List, On Purpose

We keep this page short so it stays meaningful. We partner with organisations that:

Have a real circular-economy impact — devices reused, repaired or redistributed, not just resold.

Operate in a complementary niche — never competing with our destruction, WEEE or ITAD core.

Work with us actively — an ongoing relationship, not a one-off transaction.

Can show measurable outcomes — numbers we can both stand behind.

FAQ

Partner Questions, Answered

What do TFix partners actually do?

Each partner covers a different part of the circular economy. Business2Schools places refurbished laptops into UK schools, The Restart Project champions community repair, and GearHaven sells refurbished devices to residents. DPD and Royal Mail provide tracked logistics, and we deliver device reuse under a live West London Waste Authority contract with Ealing, Hounslow and other borough councils. TFix supplies the certified wiping, repair and compliance behind each one.

What does a partner get in return?

A logo and link on this page, co-marketing on relevant campaigns, qualified introductions for work outside TFix’s core ITAD and WEEE scope, and social-value reporting — proof of real community and environmental outcomes.

How does TFix avoid competing with its partners?

By keeping a strict split. Certified destruction, WEEE collection and ITAD stay with TFix. A partner’s niche — repair, charity redistribution or retail — stays theirs. We only refer enquiries that fall outside our core scope, so the relationship is complementary, never competing.

How do I become a partner?

Email [email protected] or apply through our referral programme. We look for organisations with a genuine circular-economy impact — a real operation and measurable outcomes — and listings are earned, never bought.

Do partners pay to be listed?

No. Listings are reciprocal and earned on the strength of real, ongoing collaboration. We never charge for placement, and we only list organisations we actively work with.

Want to be the next name on this page?

Tell us what you do and where you overlap with TFix. If it's a real fit, we'll build the relationship — and the listing — together.
