What You Get

Every Asset Logged. Every Step Documented.

The same verified foundations on every project — documented, traceable, and UK-only.

1. Serialised chain of custody

Servers are logged by serial number and tracked through de-racking, destruction, and recovery.

2. Certified drive destruction

Every data-bearing drive is erased to NIST SP 800-88 or shredded, with a serialised certificate.

3. Residual value recovered

Working servers and components with resale value are tested and sold, and you receive a transparent share.

UK chain of custody. No offshore brokering.

Every asset is logged by serial number, transported under chain of custody by our Environment Agency registered carrier, and processed at our licensed UK facility in Mitcham — never sold on to an untracked offshore broker.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about servers & data centre equipment disposal.

What actually happens to our servers?

Servers are de-racked, logged by serial number, and transported under chain of custody to our licensed UK facility, where drives are erased or shredded and reusable components are tested for resale. See our full walkthrough on the data centre decommissioning page.

How are the drives destroyed?

Every data-bearing drive is erased to NIST SP 800-88 or physically shredded, with a serialised Certificate of Destruction for each drive — the same evidence set auditors expect.

Do you recover value from old servers?

Yes. Working servers and components with resale value are tested and sold, and you receive a transparent share of the proceeds, offsetting the project cost.

Is anything sent offshore?

No. All processing happens at our licensed UK facility in Mitcham, and equipment is never sold on to untracked offshore brokers.
