Free collections are available to registered businesses, schools, and charities located within a 6-mile radius of our South London facility (CR4 3FH) and disposing of at least 10 laptops or desktop PCs.
Once we receive your form, our team verifies your eligibility and confirms the collection date. We provide full preparation instructions and schedule your secure pickup.
Place equipment in sealed, clearly labelled boxes. Ensure items are packed safely and accessible at the collection point. If you require help with packing, our team can advise further.
Yes. All data-bearing devices are erased or physically destroyed using certified methods, with formal Certificates of Data Erasure or Destruction issued for compliance.
Licensed and traceable collections to suit local, standard, and bulk requirements
Prices exclude VAT. All prices are quoted per load — each load may include as much equipment as fits in the vehicle, provided the total weight does not exceed 1 tonne. Collections outside a 6-mile radius will be charged at £1 per additional mile.
