TFix Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all of our business activities and supply chains. We fully support the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and operate with zero tolerance towards any form of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.
2. Our Business and Supply Chains
TFix Ltd provides IT asset disposition, WEEE recycling, refurbishment, and fulfilment services. While our direct operations are based in the UK, we source parts, materials, and services from suppliers both in the UK and internationally. We recognise that some supply chains in the electronics industry may present risks of modern slavery, and we take steps to identify and mitigate those risks.
3. Policies and Procedures
- We only work with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to ethical labour practices.
- All contracts with suppliers require compliance with applicable labour, health and safety, and human rights standards.
- We carry out due diligence and, where necessary, request evidence of supplier compliance.
- We encourage staff, contractors, and partners to report any concerns relating to slavery or human trafficking. Concerns will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
4. Training and Awareness
- Employees involved in procurement and supplier management are briefed on recognising and responding to risks of modern slavery.
- Awareness of modern slavery risks is embedded into our health, safety, and compliance programmes.
5. Continuous Improvement
We are committed to regularly reviewing and strengthening our procedures to combat slavery and human trafficking. This includes:
- Reviewing our supplier base and risk assessments annually.
- Updating contracts and policies where legislation or best practice changes.
- Maintaining open communication with suppliers to ensure transparency.
6. Reporting
Employees or third parties who suspect modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain are encouraged to report it to management immediately via [email protected]. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated.
