2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners acting on behalf of TFix Ltd. It covers all forms of bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, and improper influence.

3. Prohibited Conduct
- Offering, promising, or giving a bribe.
- Requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a bribe.
- Offering or accepting gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence a business decision.
- Making facilitation payments to secure routine government action.

4. Responsibilities
- All employees must comply with this policy and report any concerns.
- Managers are responsible for ensuring awareness and training within their teams.
- Suppliers and contractors must adhere to equivalent anti-bribery standards.

5. Gifts and Hospitality
Reasonable, proportionate hospitality and business gifts may be permitted where they are lawful, transparent, and not intended to influence decisions. All such activities must be recorded and approved.

6. Reporting
Employees and third parties are encouraged to report any suspicion of bribery or corruption via [email protected]. All reports will be investigated confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

7. Enforcement
Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains compliant with the Bribery Act 2010 and best practice standards.
